Facebook Introduces Graph Search in the US

October 2, 2013FACEBOOK, SOCIAL MEDIA

Stalking just got easier with Facebook’s new Graph Search. The Facebook search engine allows people sift through the network to find people, places and pages easier.

This new feature looks like the normal search box at the top of the page. One you begin typing the search field begins to suggest results. The cool part is that you can narrow it down by location, dates, profile info or recommendations made by friends. For example, you can type “Photos taken in South Beach 2013” and it will lead to a slew of photos taken by your friends at that location on that year.

At this point you are probably wondering about privacy. If you are looking to control your privacy a little bit more, go into your settings and make sure your sharing options are the way you want them to be.

Facebook will continue to improve on their graph search feature and of course we can’t wait for all the updates.

Like what you just read?
